Sweet Orange Salmon

Ingredients:

1 to 1.5 lbs Salmon, cut into 4-5 portions

4 T orange marmalade jam

1 T soy sauce

salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Turn oven to 400
  2. Line a shallow baking dish with foil
  3. Lay salmon fillets so they are not touching, sprinkle with salt and pepper
  4. In a bowl combine the soy sauce and marmalade
  5. Spoon the marmalade mixture over top of the salmon
  6. Bake the salmon at 400 for 12-15 minutes or until done
