Ingredients:
1 to 1.5 lbs Salmon, cut into 4-5 portions
4 T orange marmalade jam
1 T soy sauce
salt and pepper
Directions:
- Turn oven to 400
- Line a shallow baking dish with foil
- Lay salmon fillets so they are not touching, sprinkle with salt and pepper
- In a bowl combine the soy sauce and marmalade
- Spoon the marmalade mixture over top of the salmon
- Bake the salmon at 400 for 12-15 minutes or until done
