Ingredients:
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Honey
1/3 Cup almonds, roughly chopped
1/8 Cup Chia seeds
2 1/2 Cups Whole Grain Cheerios
1 Cup Oats
Directions:
- In a saucepan on medium-low heat mix together the peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil, constantly stirring
- Once mixture is thoroughly mixed together remove from heat
- Add all other ingredients and mix together
- In a square baking dish lined with wax paper and lightly sprayed with oil pour the mixture, patting down with a spatula to make sure its even
- Place in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes to cool
- Remove and gently lift solidified mixture from baking dish (Sit the dish in warm water to make easier to lift out)
- Cut into bars and store in the fridge in a ziploc
