Peanut Butter Cheerio Bars


1 Cup Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup Coconut Oil

1/2 Cup Honey

1/3 Cup almonds, roughly chopped

1/8 Cup Chia seeds

2 1/2 Cups Whole Grain Cheerios

1 Cup Oats


  1. In a saucepan on medium-low heat mix together the peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil, constantly stirring
  2. Once mixture is thoroughly mixed together remove from heat
  3. Add all other ingredients and mix together
  4. In a square baking dish lined with wax paper and lightly sprayed with oil pour the mixture, patting down with a spatula to make sure its even
  5. Place in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes to cool
  6. Remove and gently lift solidified mixture from baking dish (Sit the dish in warm water to make easier to lift out)
  7. Cut into bars and store in the fridge in a ziploc
