Teriyaki Salmon Bites


1 T fresh ginger, chopped fine

1 T garlic, chopped

1/2 Cup reduced sodium soy sauce

1 T oil

2 T honey

2 lbs. Salmon, cut into bite size pieces (about 1 inch)


  1. Throw all ingredients into a quart size ziploc bag and marinade in the refridgerator for 6 hours or overnight
  2. Set oven to 400
  3. Remove salmon from marinade and discard the marinade
  4. Place salmon bites on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes
