
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups All purpose flour
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Cup organic sugar
1/2 Cup Almond milk
1/2 Cup oil
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 t baking powder
2 ripe/overripe bananas
1/2 Cup mini chocolate chips
pinch salt
Directions:
- Set oven to 350
- In a mixing bowl mash the bananas
- Add in all other ingredients except chocolate chips
- Add in half of the chips and lightly stir to combine
- Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan lined with wax/parchment paper
- Sprinkle the remaining chips on top
- Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Delicious bread and so moist.
