Skylar’s Banana Bread


1 1/2 Cups All purpose flour

1/2 Cup brown sugar

1/2 Cup organic sugar

1/2 Cup Almond milk

1/2 Cup oil

2 eggs

1 t vanilla

1 t baking powder

2 ripe/overripe bananas

1/2 Cup mini chocolate chips

pinch salt


  1. Set oven to 350
  2. In a mixing bowl mash the bananas
  3. Add in all other ingredients except chocolate chips
  4. Add in half of the chips and lightly stir to combine
  5. Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan lined with wax/parchment paper
  6. Sprinkle the remaining chips on top
  7. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
