Grilled Corn with Spicy Honey Butter

This sweet and spicy honey butter takes grilled corn to new levels. I’ll admit, throughout this week I’ve been smearing it on my toast in the morning…it’s that good. Make a double batch, thank me later!

Ingredients:

6-8 ears of corn, shucked

2 sticks unsalted butter, softened (room temp)

2 Tablespoons honey

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 Tablespoon red pepper flakes

Directions:

  1. Make the Spicy Honey Butter: combine all ingredients and with a fork mash together incorporating well. Spoon into a serving dish and set aside.
  2. Over a medium flame grill corn, around 15 minutes until tender
  3. Serve corn with a side of Spicy Honey Butter and enjoy!
