This sweet and spicy honey butter takes grilled corn to new levels. I’ll admit, throughout this week I’ve been smearing it on my toast in the morning…it’s that good. Make a double batch, thank me later!
6-8 ears of corn, shucked
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened (room temp)
2 Tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon red pepper flakes
- Make the Spicy Honey Butter: combine all ingredients and with a fork mash together incorporating well. Spoon into a serving dish and set aside.
- Over a medium flame grill corn, around 15 minutes until tender
- Serve corn with a side of Spicy Honey Butter and enjoy!
