Rosemary Garlic Roasted Radishes


2 (12 oz.) bag or 1.5 lbs. of radishes, both ends trimmed and radishes quartered

2 Tablespoons oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 Tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced


  1. Toss all ingredients together
  2. On a parchment lined baking sheet spread the radishes evenly in a single layer
  3. Roast at 400 for 20-25 minutes, flipping radishes halfway through
