Who doesn’t love anything served with Bang Bang sauce? When I’m having a hard time eating those good-for-you cruciferous vegetables I always turn to this sauce. It’s just so delicious with it’s sweet yet spicy kick, it makes everything taste better.
1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and quartered (halved if smaller)
2 Tablespoons oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Ingredients for Bang Bang sauce:
2 Tablespoons mayo
1 Tablespoon thai sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon sriracha
- Toss sprouts with oil and seasonings and spread evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet. Roast at 450 for 25 minutes.
- While sprouts are roasting make the Bang Bang sauce. In a large bowl add the mayo, sweet chili sauce and the sriracha. Whisk everything together. Smear the sauce over the bottom of the bowl-it will make it easier to coat all of the sprouts when thrown in.
3. When sprouts are finished add them to the bowl with the sauce.
4. Toss the sprouts in the Bang Bang sauce and serve immediately.
